Why did the man in the chicken suit cross the stage?

We said 'Don't Pitch, Inspire'.

And boy did they do that!

So last night's event was one that will be remembered by all who attended, 30 pitches in 30 minutes. And there were some pretty special pitches. The girls and guys took the stage to win a suitcase containing 1000, a Lenovo 'Yoga' Laptop and a social media splash, designed and executed by Catch London

Fitness Freak twisted themselves in to beautiful yoga poses during their pitch.

My Car Gossip pitched from a (nearly) life sized card board cut-out mini.

Linkee pitched to us, after turning down a sizeable offer from Duncan Bannatyne only 3 days ago.

Twist cocktails threw together a mini-home-delivered-cocktail-kit whilst never taking his eyes off the judges.

But the winning pitch went to Albert E. Arkwright-esque, Chris Thorpe with 'The FlexiScale Company', a project that can scan life-size objects, such as a steam trains, and print them in 3d, cool huh?

The event went down a storm and we were smiling from ear to ear, no stilted pitching from our contenders, next time we want to see more chicken suits!!! (Thank you NineStudios, it must've been hot in there...)
