So, over to Guy and his 20 answers...
What is your expertise?
Guitarist in the TechHub band, Director of TechHub curry club and Head of Sales at Veeqo.
Tell us what a normal day for you looks like.
Up at 6am with the kids and the dog, get to work for 8:30 for a sales meeting and emails, speak to loads of Veeqo customers and then head home to spend time with the wife, kids and dog.
How long have you been involved in Tech?
I got a Sega Mastersystem when I was 10... then I upgraded to a Snes (16 bit!) when I was 13 but only truly got involved with working in tech in 2015 (with Veeqo).
What does your company do?
We're the market leading inventory management software for online retailers. We help our customers sync their orders, print off shipping labels...saving them time so they can make more money. We also have two members of the Welsh Nerf Gun team.
What role do you have now and how long have you been in it?
I'm the Head of Sales for Veeqo and I've just celebrated my first anniversary.
How did you end up in your current role?
I met Matt Warren (CEO of Veeqo) in the cafe below TechHub and got talking to him about a shared passion we have...inventory management software! He was looking for a Head of Sales at the time - perfect timing.
What’s the most rewarding thing about your job, what makes it all worthwhile?
It would be helping our customers to grow their business. Seeing them go from selling on one or two stores to having the time to be able to sell on multiple marketplaces all over the world.
What are your greatest achievements to date?
Being made Director of TechHub Curry Club. I've fathered two children but nothing comes close to the feeling of organising a really good curry night.
What do you do when you’re not in work?
I love taking the kids and the dog to the beach. I've also got a Swans season ticket and try to get to as many games as I can.
Which area do you live in and how long have you been living there?
I live in West Cross and have lived there since 2008.
What would you like to see happen to your Tech Scene immediately and in the future?
I would love TechHub to keep growing the way it has been over the last year. It's awesome to part of such a vibrant tech community. Going forward, I would love Swansea to keep getting the recognition it's starting to get thanks to the hard work of communities like TechHub.
If you had to recommend one book, film or game to us, what would it be and why?
Spin the bottle. It's a great way to meet people.
Name three things you would take with you on a foreign holiday.
I'd take my credit card, the wife and kids (they are only 3 and 4 so they count as one!)
Mac, Linux or PC?
It was always PC up until about 4 months ago. My CEO has worn me down!
Xbox, PS4, or PC (or other)?
Last game I played was probably Mortal Kombat on the Super Nintendo...
What is your claim to fame?
I once got told to "F* off" by Bob Hoskins for telling him "it's good to talk!"
If they made a film of your life, who would play you?
I think there's a hint of David Schwimmer about my face.
Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want as a dinner guest?
I'd like three people over for dinner please - Brian May, Lee Trundle and Robin Williams.
Tell us something about yourself that people wouldn’t expect.
I was born in Germany and I can't bend my toes apart from my big toe (Ed: he showed us, it's legit).
What's your superpower, or what's your spirit animal?
Pick any song and I can sing it out of tune.

Until next time!
