The wait is finally over and the 3rd Annual Lovie Finalists have been announced today.
This year, with 350 expert Academy members across Europe, nearly 1,500 works were judged and thousands of reviews were completed to cull the top 10% into The People's Lovie Finalists.
All finalists are up to win a People's Lovie Award, and that's where the general public also comes in. Today is the start of voting in The People's Lovie Awards, where you can choose your favourites for the very best of the European web.
Nik Roope, Executive Chair of IADAS, tells us: "The work this year shows Europe's fantastic prowess in digital innovation and creativity. This is a testament to the skill, ingenuity, and vision of its creators and the growth of Europe as a whole."
The Lovie Awards Academy includes actor and presenter Stephen Fry, musician Imogen Heap, and Tweetdeck founder and CEO Iain Dodsworth.
They have chosen the finalists, but the final say is yours - the organisers want you, the online public, to cast your vote for your favourite Websites, Mobile & Apps, Internet Videos, Online Advertising and Social projects. The voting ends on Thursday 10th October.
