Startup operations and growth come under scrutiny at this year�s Tech Chill Baltics, conference hosted by our friends from TechHub Riga on February 10th in Riga, Latvia. The event will gather more than 400 business professionals, startups, tech enthusiasts and students from all around the region. Initially known as TechCrunch Baltics, the first event was organized in 2012, showcasing the Baltic startup movement and offering great networking opportunities to its attendees. From then on, the event has become a part of the Northern European tech business environment, and its 4th edition brings on the table keynotes and panel discussions with leaders of the startup world, as well as exhibition opportunities and a pitching competition for startups.
Startup operations and growth are the main subjects that are going to be explored at TechChill Baltics, offering insights in hiring, financing, scaling, growth hacking and running development teams. Among the guest speakers that will take the stage of the conference there are:

Tech Chill Baltics is hosted by TechHub Riga, the first and biggest IT and tech co-working space in Riga, gathering under one roof more than 30 startups and regularly organizing events such as monthly meetups or TechHub Startup Academy.
