Latvia's largest startup Investment - Infogram raises �1.34M

Infogram a web-based data visualisation application and founding member of TechHub Riga today announced they have raised �1.34M via London's Connect Ventures and Berlin's Point Nine Capital. The announcement is a huge win for the Latvian startup community and is one of the largest rounds ever raised out of the Baltic country.

Infogram allows non-programmers to easily create Infographics and currently hosts 8 million monthly unique visitors. Commenting to Arctic Startup Founder Uldis Leiterts said:

Latvia is great! There's a lot of tech and design talent, I bet there's some next incredibly successful company being started in some garage or apartment in Riga right now. What I'd love to see more is confidence from entrepreneurs that you can create and redefine markets. Not just follow them.
